Data collected
At purchase
When ordering a Brand Foundation, we collect the following data:
- Email address (for Brand Book delivery and client communication)
- Payment data (processed exclusively by Stripe — we have no access to any banking information)
- Discovery questionnaire responses (18 questions about your brand, positioning and vision)
During browsing
We collect anonymised browsing data for statistical purposes (pages visited, session duration). No personal data is collected without your explicit consent.
Via the newsletter form
If you subscribe to our notification list, we collect only your email address.
Purposes and legal basis
- Contract performance — processing your order, generating and delivering the Brand Book
- Legitimate interest — service improvement, client feedback analysis
- Consent — sending email notifications if you have subscribed
- Legal obligation — retention of invoicing data (statutory duration: 10 years)
Retention periods
- Order data and questionnaire responses: 3 years from last interaction
- Invoicing data: 10 years (statutory accounting obligation)
- Newsletter email addresses: until unsubscription
- Anonymised browsing data: 13 months maximum
Sub-processors and transfers
Your data may be shared with the following sub-processors, strictly within the scope of service delivery:
- Stripe — payment processing (United States, covered by EU standard contractual clauses)
- Make.com — automation and data orchestration (EU)
- Anthropic — Brand Book content generation via API (United States, covered by EU standard contractual clauses)
- Google — storage and email delivery (EU)
None of your data is sold to third parties.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — obtain a copy of your data
- Right of rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without retroactive effect

Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. All data transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS. Access to processing systems is restricted to authorised personnel only.
