The Sockle is an automated strategic-brand service. Your questionnaire responses and optional logo are processed by specialised software and AI services to generate your Strategic Brand Platform. No human consulting or manual review is included in the €290 package.
1. Data controller
The data controller is WISHMAKERS, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 904 719 556 R.C.S. Paris, with registered office at 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France.

2. Personal data we collect
Questionnaire and brand information
- Your responses to the 18-question strategic discovery;
- Your brand name, activity, positioning, clients, values, ambitions and other business information you choose to provide;
- Your optional logo and other brand assets uploaded through the website;
- The Strategic Brand Platform and related files generated from your answers.
Order and contact information
- Your email address;
- Your order identifier, purchase date, payment status and delivery status;
- Messages sent to customer support or in connection with your order.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. WISHMAKERS does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Stripe provides WISHMAKERS with transaction information needed to confirm payment, issue accounting records, manage refunds and prevent fraud.
Technical and browsing information
- IP address, browser, device and technical logs used for security and service operation;
- Cookie choices and, where consent has been given, audience-measurement data;
- Information needed to detect errors, abuse or unauthorised use of the generation service.
Please do not include sensitive personal data, confidential third-party information or personal data about other individuals unless it is necessary, lawful and you are authorised to provide it.

4. Automated processing and AI
The Sockle uses automated workflows and specialised AI agents to analyse your answers, structure strategic content, perform automated quality checks and generate the final PowerPoint file. This processing is necessary to provide the service you purchase.
The service does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects about you. The generated document is a strategic working deliverable based on the information you submitted.
5. Service providers and recipients
Personal data is shared only with providers that are necessary to operate, secure, generate, pay for and deliver the service. These providers may include:
- Stripe — payment processing, transaction security and fraud prevention;
- Make — workflow automation and data orchestration;
- Anthropic — AI processing of questionnaire content through its API;
- Railway — application hosting, file generation and technical infrastructure;
- Google — email, business communication or file-related services where used;
- WordPress, Elementor and the website hosting provider — website publication, forms, security and technical operation.
These providers act under their own terms and, where applicable, data-processing agreements. WISHMAKERS does not sell your questionnaire responses or personal data.
6. International data transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, they are handled through an applicable adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or another mechanism permitted by data-protection law.
7. Retention periods
- Questionnaire responses, uploaded logos and generated files: up to 12 months after delivery, unless earlier deletion is requested or longer retention is required to handle a claim;
- Order and customer-support records: for the duration necessary to manage the contract and applicable legal limitation periods;
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years;
- Marketing contacts: until consent is withdrawn or, where applicable, for up to 3 years after the last meaningful contact;
- Technical and security logs: for the period necessary for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, generally no longer than 12 months;
- Cookies and consent choices: as described in the Cookie Policy.
Data may be archived for longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or comply with a legal obligation.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions provided by applicable law, you may request:
- access to your personal data;
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- deletion of your data;
- restriction of processing;
- portability of data you provided;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority.
9. Security
WISHMAKERS applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encrypted HTTPS transmission, restricted access, protected service credentials and secured generation endpoints. No online system can provide an absolute guarantee of security.
10. Children
The Sockle is intended for professionals and adults acting for a business or project. It is not designed for children, and WISHMAKERS does not knowingly collect personal data from children through this service.
11. Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service, its providers or applicable law. The date displayed at the top identifies the latest published version.
