Refund Policy

The Sockle delivers personalised digital content. Given the nature of the service, refunds are governed by strict conditions, in compliance with French and European consumer law.
General principle
The Sockle is a digital content service delivered on a bespoke basis. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the performance of the service has begun with the Buyer's express consent.
By validating their order, the Buyer acknowledges this provision and expressly consents to it.
Cases for full refund
A full refund of €290 is granted as of right in the following cases:
- Non-delivery — the Brand Book was not delivered within the promised 24-hour window, without justification on our part
- Empty or unreadable content — the delivered file is technically defective and cannot be opened or read
- Double payment — a technical incident resulted in duplicate billing
Cases for partial refund or goodwill gesture
At Good Times Production's discretion, a goodwill gesture may be offered if:
- The deliverable contains manifest errors not attributable to the responses provided in the questionnaire
- The delivered content does not correspond to the nature of the service as described on the site
In these cases, we will first offer to correct the deliverable before any partial refund is considered.
Cases excluded from refund
- Subjective dissatisfaction with the quality or strategic direction of the Brand Book
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incomplete, imprecise or inaccurate questionnaire responses that led to an unsuitable deliverable
- Any request made more than 7 days after delivery
Request procedure
All refund requests must be submitted by email to vassili@goodtimesproduction.com, including:
- Your order email address
- The order date
- A detailed explanation of your request
We commit to processing your request within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, the credit will be applied to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
